 Bc. Ladislav Boldi

Author of the project: International NGO DIGITAL POLICY INSTITUTE – MILLENNIUM 3000 and founder.

My only goal and purpose of my life is to make this world better than the one I lived in.

Born: on 16 May 1966, Prague 2

Education: Bachelor’s degree – Bc. (BS equiv.) – College of International and Public Relations Prague

Occupation: Expert on protecting democracy in cyberspace, social terrorism, cyber politics, cyberneticity, cybereducation, etc.

Author of books: World without Putin, Social Terrorism, Cyber Summit on Fight against Disinformation, Peace Declaration – EU – 2023, etc.

Bc. Ladislav Boldi has lived in institutions since his birth, without any support of his biological mother, who gave him up. Growing up in an extremely conflicted environment of terror and bloody bullying, he desperately tried to find his identity and meaning of life. But fate punished him cruelly at every step, even when he reached the age of majority and ended up on the street as a homeless person. The government refused to provide him with basic assistance, so he daily struggled to survive. Out of hunger, he ate expired or rotten food and had to fight bloody street battles, believing that he would survive at least until the next day.

Despite all the suffering, he finally decided to fight for his life and the future. He was able to overcome the critically challenging obstacles that fate put in his way and managed to achieve an incredible success – graduating from the College of International and Public Relations.

For more than 20 years, he has devoted his knowledge and experience to protecting democracy from cyber attacks, which, in the form of disinformation, hate, propaganda and manipulation, including foreign interference, penetrate every household through social networks and critically threaten the democratic world.
